Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of onefiveent.com, the crypto casino comparison site published under the name Best Crypto Casinos. Reading them takes a few minutes and tells you exactly what this site is, what it is not, and what you can reasonably rely on before you follow a link to any Bitcoin casino or crypto gambling site. If you use the site, you accept the terms set out below. Last reviewed Sep 26, 2026.
The short version: we publish research-based rankings and guides about crypto casinos available to US players. We do not take bets, hold funds, process deposits or run promotions. Every account, deposit and withdrawal happens on an operator's platform under that operator's own terms and conditions, not ours.
Who may use this site
Best Crypto Casinos is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 to use this site, and at least 21 where the operator or your state sets that higher minimum. Many offshore crypto casinos set 18 as their floor; some set 21, and some apply 21 to players from particular states. The operator's own terms are the deciding document, so check the minimum age stated in a casino's terms before you register. Nothing on this site is directed at anyone under those ages.
You also need to be able to make your own decisions about gambling. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free and confidential on 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling resources cover deposit limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion in more detail. Be aware that offshore crypto casinos may not offer the same player protections, dispute channels or self-exclusion tools that state-regulated US operators are required to provide.
Legal standing: what we can and cannot tell you
There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the United States. The crypto casinos covered on this site are almost always offshore operations, licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan — and in some cases Malta (MGA) — rather than by any US regulator. That places them in a legal grey area for most US players, and we state that plainly rather than dressing it up.
A small number of states license online casino play (including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island), and those regulated operators do not run on cryptocurrency. State laws differ, and many offshore sites self-restrict access from particular states. It is your responsibility to check the law in your own state and the operator's restricted-territory list before you sign up.
Two things we will never do on this site: tell you a casino is legal or available in a state where it isn't, and explain how to get around geoblocks, KYC checks, anti-money-laundering procedures or sanctions screening. Using false details, a VPN against a site's terms, or any other workaround can void winnings and close accounts, and we do not help with it. Where we describe "no KYC" or low-verification play, we are describing what an operator offers — not suggesting a way to conceal income or avoid tax.
Anything on this site touching law or tax is general information. US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and may also have reporting obligations on crypto disposals. How that applies to you depends on your circumstances. Consult a qualified tax professional or attorney; do not treat our pages as advice.
How our rankings are produced, and what they mean
Ratings on Best Crypto Casinos are editorial scores assigned by our team. They are not customer review scores, not audited performance data, and not a prediction of your experience. We research operators using publicly available information: published terms, stated licensing, advertised payout timelines, supported coins, game libraries and promotional conditions. We have not deposited, played or withdrawn at these sites, and we do not claim to have.
Our assessment criteria, in the weighting we apply:
- Coin support — BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE and wider altcoin coverage, and whether stablecoin play is offered so balances hold their dollar value
- Payout speed and limits — advertised withdrawal processing times, per-transaction and rolling limits, and any manual review triggers. Advertised speeds are operator claims; network confirmation times and on-chain fees sit outside the casino's control
- Verification policy — what identity documents are requested, and at what point
- Game range and fairness — slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live dealer rooms, crash, dice, plinko and in-house originals, plus provably fair implementations and RNG certification where the operator publishes it
- Bonus terms — headline figures are only meaningful alongside wagering requirements, time limits, max bet caps and game exclusions
- Licensing and security — stated licence jurisdiction, 2FA availability, fund handling and support channels
Where a licence claim cannot be verified from public records, we say so rather than repeating operator marketing as fact. Where a figure is time-sensitive, we date it. Operators change their terms without telling us, so the casino's live terms page always overrides anything written here.
Commercial relationships and affiliate commission
Best Crypto Casinos earns money through affiliate partnerships. If you click a link to a casino and register, we may receive a commission from that operator. That is how the site is funded, and we disclose it here rather than burying it.
Commission does not buy position. Operators cannot pay to be ranked higher, cannot pay to have a limitation removed from a write-up, and cannot review our copy before publication. Sites we have no commercial arrangement with can and do appear in our comparisons. If you think a ranking looks influenced, tell us through our contact page and we will explain the reasoning or correct the page.
Offers shown on this site
Promotions are listed as the operator advertises them at the time of review. They are illustrative, they change frequently, and the operator's terms govern. The headline figure is never the whole offer — the wagering multiple, the qualifying deposit, the expiry window and the excluded games decide what it is actually worth.
| Operator | Advertised offer | Our editorial rating |

| BetPanda | 10% weekly cashback | 10.0 |

Every offer above is subject to wagering/playthrough requirements, time limits, minimum deposits, maximum bet rules while a bonus is active, and eligibility restrictions that vary by country and state. None of these are no-risk: you must deposit and stake your own cryptocurrency to qualify. Read the full promotional terms on the operator's site before claiming anything.
How the top-rated entries are treated in our coverage
BetPanda sits at the top of our list because its headline promotion is a recurring 10% weekly cashback rather than a large one-off match — a structure that tends to carry lighter conditions than a big front-loaded bonus and suits players who deposit regularly in BTC or stablecoins. The limitation is that cashback is calculated on net losses, so it only pays out when you are down; players hoping for a large upfront balance boost will find it modest, and the qualifying-loss threshold and payout cap are set by the operator and can change.
CoinPoker Casino appears because its 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000 is among the larger matched offers we list, and the site pairs casino play with a poker product, which is unusual in this segment. The drawback is straightforward: a match bonus of that size comes with playthrough conditions attached to the bonus amount, and poker-linked platforms often exclude or weight certain games differently for clearing purposes. Check the contribution table before you assume slot play clears it.
Cryptorino earns its place by combining both structures — a 100% match up to 1 BTC plus 10% weekly cashback — which gives a new depositor an upfront boost and an ongoing rebate. A bonus quoted in BTC rather than dollars is the catch worth noting: the dollar value of a 1 BTC-denominated cap moves with the market, in both directions, and the same volatility applies to any balance you hold in Bitcoin rather than USDT or USDC. Maximum bet rules while the bonus is active are the most common reason this type of offer is forfeited.
Further down the list, Punkz, Hyperlucky, Winna, Thrill, BC Game, Wild.io and Vave are covered on our ranked comparison of crypto casinos with instant withdrawals, where payout timing rather than bonus size drives the order.
Money, payments and what sits outside our control
Best Crypto Casinos never holds, transfers or processes your funds. All deposits and withdrawals are on-chain transactions between your wallet — self-custody or exchange-held — and the operator, in BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE or whatever else that casino supports. Network fees and confirmation times apply and are set by the blockchain, not by us and not by the casino. Litecoin and most stablecoin networks typically settle faster and cheaper than Bitcoin at busy times, which is one reason many players fund accounts in USDT or USDC.
Three risks we will not soften. Crypto prices move, so a balance held in BTC or ETH can lose dollar value while it sits in a casino account or waits for confirmations — stablecoins reduce that exposure but do not remove counterparty risk. On-chain transactions are irreversible: send to a wrong address or the wrong network and the funds are gone. And gambling itself loses money for most players over time; no coin, strategy, rakeback tier or provably fair algorithm changes that, and nothing on this site should be read as a route to income.
Withdrawal timing is the area where operator marketing and reality diverge most often. "Instant" generally means the operator's internal processing is automated — it does not include network confirmation, and it does not survive a manual review, an unmet wagering requirement or a verification request. Withdrawal limits, daily caps and one-off document checks are all normal, and they are the operator's terms to apply.
Beyond casino games: the other products these operators run
Several sites we cover are not casino-only. Sportsbooks sit alongside the casino at a number of them — Vave's advertised package includes a free bet, which is a sports product, not a casino one. CoinPoker's name reflects a poker room running beside the casino floor. Rakeback schemes of the kind Winna and Thrill advertise originate in poker and sports betting, where they are calculated on turnover rather than losses.
This matters for two reasons. Bonus funds are usually ring-fenced by product, so a casino bonus rarely clears through sports bets and a free bet rarely converts to casino credit. And wagering contribution rates differ sharply between slots, live dealer tables, crash and dice games. Our coverage of each product line is descriptive only; the operator's terms decide what counts.
Accuracy, corrections and the limits of liability
We aim to keep every page accurate and dated, but operators change coins, limits, licensing and promotions constantly. Information here may be out of date by the time you read it. To the extent permitted by law, Best Crypto Casinos accepts no liability for losses arising from gambling, from crypto price movements, from failed or misdirected transactions, or from reliance on information that an operator has since changed. Verify anything that matters directly with the casino.
